深圳医学科学院及深圳湾实验室院区永久场地一体化建设项目是光明科学城建设综合性国家科学中心核心引擎，对于加快建设大湾区综合性国家科学中心先行启动区核心引擎具有重要意义。
The integrated permanent site construction project of the Shenzhen Medical Academy of Research and Translation & Shenzhen Bay Laboratory is the core engine of Guangming Science City to build a comprehensive national science emplacement. It is of great significance to accelerate the construction of the pioneer start-up area of the comprehensive national science center in the Greater Bay Area.
本项目所在片区属于光明科学城-装置集聚区-科教融合集群，是科学城的科教融合集群和大科学装置集群的近期集中启动区，片区重点布局大科学装置。有助于实现资源高效共享，构建粤港澳大湾区开放合作共建新模态，全面提升生命健康产业区域集群发展。
The project site belongs to the Cluster of Facilities and the Integrated Science and Education Cluster in Guangming Science City. It's at a centralized start-up area of the Integrated Science and Education Cluster and the Large-Scale Science Facilities Cluster within Guangming Science City, an area characterized by the key deployment of large-scale scientific facilities. It will contribute to realizing the efficient sharing of resources, building a new model of open cooperation and co-construction in the Greater Bay Area, and comprehensively improving the development of regional clusters institutions of the life and health sciences industry.

深圳医学科学院及深圳湾实验室院区永久场地一体化建设项目位于深圳市光明区东北部光明科学城区域内, 紧邻中山大学深圳校区、深圳理工大学，北侧紧邻东莞市人工智能小镇产业群。
The Integrated Permanent Site Construction Project of Shenzhen Medical Academy of Research and Translation & Shenzhen Bay Laboratory is located in Guangming Science City at the northeast area of Guangming District, Shenzhen. It is next to Sun Yat-sen University (Shenzhen Campus) and Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, and is next to Dongguan AI Town northwards.
项目选址为地块一至六，占地面积暂定28.8万㎡（具体以招标公告为准），建筑面积约75.37万㎡，项目总投资85亿元。主要建设内容包括科研用房及辅房、架空层及连廊、设备用房及地下车库等。
The project site is composed of six plots, covering a total land area of 288,000 square meters (which is tentative and subject to the official tender announcement), with a total construction scale of 753,700 square meters and a total investment of 8.5 billion yuan. The construction mainly consists of R&D space and related support rooms, open floors and connecting corridors, facility rooms and underground garages, etc.

本次招标计划采用“邀请+公开资格预审”的方式，分为邀请阶段、公开资格预审阶段、方案投标阶段、定标阶段。具体以正式招标公告为准。
The project adopts an "invitation + open bidding" method, which is divided into invitation stage, open pre-qualification stage, design bidding stage, and final evaluation stage. Details are subject to the official tender document.
05 投标申请人资格要求
Qualification Requirements
1. 投标申请人须是注册的企业或机构。
1. The bidding applicant shall be legally registered enterprise or organization.
2. 投标人须具备建筑行业（建筑工程）甲级及以上资质。
2. The bidding applicant shall possess at least class-A qualification/certificate in Chinese architecture construction industry (Construction Engineering).
3. 项目负责人需具备国家一级注册建筑师资格。
3. The project leader shall possess the license of National Grade-1 Registered Architect.
4. 接受联合体投标，联合体成员不得再单独或以其他名义与其他设计单位组成其他联合体参与报名。联合体合作方需签署具有法律效力的《联合体协议》，并明确牵头单位，各方的工作分工、权益份额等。
4. Applications from joint groups are permitted. Each member of a joint group shall not submit another additional application neither alone nor with another joint group. Members of a joint group shall sign a legally binding Joint Group Agreement to clarify the leading member, division of work, and equity share.
5. 联合体牵头单位须具备建筑行业（建筑工程）甲级及以上资质。
5. The leading member of a joint group shall possess at least class-A qualification/certificate in Chinese architecture construction industry (Construction Engineering).
6. 不接受个人或个人组合的投标。

Tender Fee
招标估价(暂定)：3970万元（含落标补偿）。具体以正式公告为准。
The tentative estimate of the bidding amount of the project is 39.7 million yuan (Honorarium is included). Details are subject to the official tender announcement.
