参赛资格/Eligibility

1、申请人应为合法注册的法人实体。
The Applicant shall be a legally registered legal entity.
2、申请人应具有承担建筑设计项目的相关资格及能力：
The Applicant shall have the relevant qualifications and abilities to undertake the architectural design works.
2.1注册在中华人民共和国境内的申请人应具备建筑设计的执业许可或经营许可。
The applicant registered in the People's Republic of China should have the practice license or business license of architectural design.
2.2注册在中华人民共和国境外的申请人须依本国或本地区的规定具备建筑设计的执业许可或经营许可。港澳台地区申请人的资格要求参照境外申请人资格要求的规定。
The Applicant registered outside the People’s Republic of China shall have a practice license or business license for architectural design in accordance with the national or local administrative regulations. The qualification requirements for applicants from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan shall refer to the requirements for oversea applicants.
2.3申请人应有类似项目的建筑设计经验。
Applicants shall have architectural design experience in similar projects.
3、本项目接受联合体申请。
Consortium application is accepted.

奖赏/Prize

征集人将为该地块择优选取3位应征人参加征集活动。征集人向通过资格预审的应征人发放《征集文件》，应征人应根据《征集文件》要求编制并递交《应征文件》。根据对《应征文件》的评定结果，征集人向递交了完整和有效的未中选应征人支付征集补偿费，每个未中选单位的征集补偿费人民币400万元。中选方案的应征人将根据征集人的委托，对该地块的概念方案进行深化。深化设计咨询费由应征人自行报价，是应征文件的组成部分。
