The FLOATING TABLE project includes a main restaurant, a bar or lounge, dining terraces, a professional kitchen, service areas, restrooms, a pedestrian access pier, and any additional spaces the participant deems necessary to enrich the dining experience. Preference will be given to the inclusion of viewpoints, terraces, observation platforms, and pathways that strengthen the connection between the visitor and the landscape.
